Acceptance
By creating an account or using Joghd you accept these terms. If you are signing up on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept them.
The service
Joghd lets you build and publish conversational agents grounded in your own knowledge. Features may change; reductions in functionality are announced in advance.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account. Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised access.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You warrant that you have the right to use it and that publishing it does not infringe any third party's rights.
Acceptable use
Using the service to produce unlawful, harassing or deliberately misleading content, or to circumvent technical limits, is prohibited and will result in suspension.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period. Upgrades apply immediately and are pro-rated. Amounts paid for the current period are non-refundable unless we are in breach.
Availability
We work to keep the service continuously available, but no service level is guaranteed except on plans that carry a written SLA.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. Joghd's liability is in all cases capped at the amount you paid in the preceding three months.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend access, with notice, if these terms are breached.
Changes to these terms
Material changes are announced by email at least fourteen days before they take effect.
