Privacy
Introduction
This document explains what data Joghd collects, why it is kept, and what control you have over it. For any question, write to support@joghd.chat.
Roles
Joghd is the service provider. Data your agent collects from end users belongs to you, and you are its controller; Joghd processes it on your behalf.
What we collect
For your account: mobile number, display name and workspace settings. For conversations: message text, timestamp and channel, along with the sources used in each answer.
How data is used
Only to deliver the service, detect abuse and improve retrieval quality within your own workspace. Nothing is sold or used for targeted advertising.
Model training
Your knowledge content and conversations are never used to train any general-purpose model. Each agent's retrieval is scoped to its own workspace.
Retention and security
Traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.3 and data at rest with AES-256. Authentication uses httpOnly cookies. Conversations are retained until you delete them.
Your rights
You can export all your data, delete an individual knowledge base, or delete the entire workspace at any time. Deleting a workspace purges its vector data too.
Cookies
We set only essential cookies: your login session, chosen language and interface theme. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are placed on the site.
